Customer:

The Ministry of Taxes and Assessments
Hardware and software complex AIS «Customs Union» was developed by TODES Ltd for the Ministry of Taxes and Assessments of the Republic of Belarus as a custom-made solution.

The complex was designed for:

■

maintenance of the taxation of intertrade, activities and services between the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) participating states;
■

tax management of indirect taxes payment of turnover, activities and services between the EEU states;
■

connecting any number of the EEU participating states.

Purposes:

■

automating of input, processing and storage of indirect taxes payment information;
■

information exchange between the EEU participating states;
■

online customs filling of indirect taxes payment.

Automated Workstations (AWS) of AIS «Customs Union»

for taxpayers:

AWS of EEU Taxpayer Web

AWS of EEU Taxpayer Web is a web-application for forming of the statutory Declaration on importation of goods and indirect taxes payments for submitting to tax administration.

With this application any taxpayer with Internet connection and e-signature private key is able to:

■

form, edit and save the Declaration on importation of goods and indirect taxes payments using Personal Account on the Ministry of Taxes and Assessments site;
■

check if fields of the Declaration are filled correctly;
■

■

attach to and send with the Declaration necessary accompanied documentation in PDF;
■

send the Declaration to the Inspection of Taxes and Assessments;
■

review an identification number of the sent Declaration;
■

track status changes of the registered Declaration;
■

copy/print the Indirect Taxes Payment Notice;
■

copy/print the Declaration with a mark of paid indirect taxes sum and e-signature of an inspector and head of the Ministry of Taxes and Assessments;

■

read messages from the Inspection of Taxes and Assessments;
■

examine Indirect Taxes Payment Declarations belonging to user’s business partners from the EEU participating states;
■

export formed search results of declarations and notices to Excel ;
■

create a business partners catalogue;
■

use catalogues of currency, country codes, incentive rates and units of measurement from the Ministry of Taxes and Assessments site.

AWS of EEU Taxpayer

AWS of EEU Taxpayer is a local AWS for forming of the statutory Declaration on importation of goods and indirect taxes payments for submitting to tax administration

Any taxpayer having downloaded the latest version of the application from the Ministry of Taxes and Assessments site is able to:

■

form, edit and save the Declaration on importation of goods and indirect taxes payments;
■

check if fields of the Declaration are filled correctly;
■

save/print the formed Declaration in PDF;
■

create a business partners catalogue;
■

update and use catalogues of currency, country codes, incentive rates and units of measurement from the Ministry of Taxes and Assessments site.

AWS of EEU Inspector

Using the AWS inspectors of district and regional levels maintain:

■

entering, reviewing, searching, controlling, editing details of the Declaration on importation of goods according to payer’s paper documents or file, prepared by a payer using verified e-signature or checksum;
■

verification of indirect taxes payments using e-signature;
■

forming of reports;
■

confirmation and rejection of Declarations, one at a time or declarations selected in one package;
■

keeping statuses for Declarations depending on stages (registration, payment confirmation, revocation, sending to the EEU participating states tax offices, forwarding and etc.);
■

keeping reference data (downloading, reviewing, editing, printing) with specified catalogues;
■

forming any necessary reports;
■

merging/separation of information while merging/separating inspections;
■

archiving of information and working in archive reviewing mode.

AWS of Reports

Using this AWS users of republican and regional offices are able to form statistical and analytical reports based on all received Declarations data.
